Mark Smith joined Craddock-Cunningham Architectural Partners in 1994 as an Architect to fulfill the staff need for a Construction Documents Coordinator and for writing specifications. Since joining the CCAP team, Mark has proven to be a valuable asset by effectively and efficiently serving our clients. With his background in structural design, construction management, and mechanical systems, he has successfully led many projects through all stages of completion including project development and planning, design, and construction administration. In conjunction with overseeing these processes, he researches all building codes and A.I.A (American Institute of Architects) contracts and documents to insure the clients’ quality and safety standards will be met. He also has experience working in a Design-Build setting, facilitating a team approach with the builder, owner, and architect.
