When you call the offices of Craddock-Cunningham Architectural Partners, the pleasant voice that usually greets you belongs to Ellen Morcom, who has been a receptionist and office assistant since 1996. Her responsibilities have grown immensely since her initial employment with CCAP, and the organizational skills she possess greatly assist her in performing her many duties such as answering the phone, taking and delivering messages, taking care of office maintenance issues, running errands, marking up drawings, and generally meeting the needs of the other personnel. Ellen genuinely enjoys her interaction with clients, consultants, staff, and others, both in person and by telephone.
