Experience & Qualifications

Following graduation from high school with extensive drafting training, Lynn Cunningham began working for Garland M. Gay & Associates in 1969. Mr. Gay immediately recognized that she had a natural artistic talent and a unique ability to comprehend structural and architectural detailing. In July 1993, she and Hal Craddock, both 20-year employees of the original firm, joined forces to form Craddock-Cunningham Architectural Partners, a new professional corporation. During her many years with the firm, Lynn has developed her talent and experience and is responsible for much of the firm’s conceptual planning and design, in addition to construction documents development, construction administration, and interior design.
