Experience & Qualifications

During his tenure with Craddock-Cunningham Architectural Partners, Hal Craddock has been responsible for the conceptualization and design of a majority of the firm’s work, including adaptive use of older and historic buildings, and planning and design for private independent facilities. His special interest has been in the areas of energy-conscious design, including conservation and solar techniques, and urban revitalization. His project experience has involved considerable amounts of renovation/rehabilitation, as well as new construction. His career credentials also include planning, design, and construction administration for governmental and judicial facilities; commercial, office, and retail facilities; educational facilities; medical-related and clinical facilities; churches and religious facilities and athletic facilities. In addition to managing and marketing the professional services of the firm, Hal continues to participate in the design and construction decisions of many of the firm’s projects.
