Following graduation from the University of Virginia, Shann Arrington became a design associate in the firm of Richmond Associates Architects/Planners, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Specializing in single and multi-family residential design, he worked with builders and custom home clients of northern Colorado to design over 80 residences in four years, several of which have been showcased in the Fort Collins Parade of Homes, 1992-1995. Returning to his native Lynchburg, Shann brings to Craddock-Cunningham Architectural Partners a unique blend of construction and design experience with a special interest in project planning . Since 1996, he has assumed numerous roles as an integral architectural design team member, from conceptual design through document production to project management and construction administration. His professional design credentials also include churches and worship facilities, municipal courthouse facilities design, educational facilities planning, and medical office space planning. With a project portfolio concentrating on adaptive use of the existing and historic built environment, Shann's design talents are complimented by his patience and dedication to service.
